Hygiene Protocol: Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, products with broken atomizers or "tested" liquids cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless verified as defective.
The Return Journey
01. Initiate Request
Contact support via support@aurelieparfum.com within 7 days. Include high-resolution images if the item is damaged.
02. Professional Review
Our quality control team reviews your request within 24-48 hours. Approval is sent via a Confirmation Ticket.
03. Secure Packaging
Carefully place the item in its original box. We recommend using the outer shipping box provided during delivery for maximum safety.
04. Complimentary Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrive for a doorstep pickup at no cost to you. Please ensure the Confirmation Ticket is ready.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

Exchanges: We follow a "Return & Re-order" model to ensure you get your desired fragrance as quickly as possible without manual processing delays.
Cancellations: Permitted via your dashboard only before dispatch. Post-dispatch, please refuse the delivery or follow the return process.
