01 General Governance

- Account Security: You are the sole custodian of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the site for fraudulent activities, data mining, or any purpose that violates Indian Cyber Laws.
- Right to Terminate: We reserve the absolute right to restrict access or terminate accounts without prior notice for any violation.
02. Product Specifications
We strive for perfection in representation, but please note:
- Display colors and bottle aesthetics may vary based on your device's screen calibration.
- Fragrance notes are described based on expert olfactory testing; personal perception may vary.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer.
03. Pricing & Valuation
- All valuations are in Indian Rupees (₹) including GST.
- Pricing is dynamic and subject to change without prior notification.
- In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
04. Orders, Payment & Cancellations
Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is only finalized when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email from us.
Secure Payments
Powered by PhonePe. We support UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. We do not store any raw financial data.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Once the order is with our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. Fraudulent orders or those with incorrect pricing will be canceled by our system automatically.

Aurélie Parfum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
09. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
