How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping across India. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations. Remote areas may take 7-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international locations soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account's Order History section.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts. You can also contact them directly to reschedule. If undelivered after all attempts, the package will be returned to us.

How long does refund take?
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the fragrance?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective. Please ensure the product seal is intact for returns.

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% authentic, inspired by luxury brands. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
How long do the perfumes last?
Our Eau de Parfum formulations typically last 6-8 hours. Longevity varies based on skin type, climate, and application method. For best results, apply on pulse points after moisturizing.
What is the shelf life of perfumes?
Unopened perfumes can last 3-5 years when stored properly. Once opened, we recommend using within 2-3 years. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can I get samples before purchasing?
Currently, we don't offer sample sizes. However, we provide detailed descriptions and fragrance notes to help you make informed choices. Our return policy protects you if the product is damaged or defective.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.
How do I reset my password?

How do I update my email or phone number?
Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and update your information. You may need to verify the new email/phone.
