🔄 7-Day Return Policy

Easy returns within 7 days of delivery

✅ Eligible for Return

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product seal is broken or tampered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Product differs from description

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and seals intact
  • Original invoice must be included
  • Return request within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Not Eligible for Return: Products with broken seals or used/tested fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective.

📦 How to Return

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

Contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery via email (support@aurelieparfum.com) or phone (+91 80 1234 5678) with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Get Approval

Our team will review your request and approve within 24-48 hours. You'll receive return instructions via email.

Step 3: Pack the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice.

Step 4: Pickup/Ship

We'll arrange a pickup from your location (free of charge) or you can ship it to our return address as provided in the instructions.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Quality Check: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Initiation: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Refund Mode: Original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
  • Credit to Account: 5-7 business days depending on your bank

Refund Process:

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the product following our return process
  2. Receive your refund
  3. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster processing and gives you flexibility in choosing your new product.

❌ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched:

  • Log in to your account and go to Order History
  • Click "Cancel Order" (available only if order not yet shipped)
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Once dispatched, order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or return the product after delivery.
