• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via PhonePe
• All payments must be completed online before order processing
• Payment must be received before order dispatch

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel orders before they are dispatched
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to all serviceable locations within India
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
• Multiple delivery attempts will be made; unclaimed orders will be returned

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products
• Products must be unused with original packaging, seals, and tags intact
• Used or opened fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Refunds are processed after quality inspection within 2-3 business days
• Refund amount will be credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
